From: Wes Contreras To: agora-off Subject: OFF: CFJ 1168 Judged FALSE Date: Wednesday, September 15, 1999 2:02 PM ====================================================================== CFJ 1168 Michael has failed to comply with an agreement that e made with Peekee, and so has broken the agreement. ====================================================================== Called by: Peekee Judge: Wes Judgement: FALSE Judge selection: Eligible: Wes Not eligible: Caller: Peekee Barred: - Had their turn: Annabel, Beefurabi, Blob, Chuck, Crito, Elysion, harvel, Kolja, Lee, Michael, Murphy, Palnatoke Already served: - Defaulted: - By request: - On Hold: elJefe, Oerjan, Steve ====================================================================== History: Called by Peekee: 14 Sep 1999 08:40:11 EDT Assigned to Wes: 14 Sep 1999 18:30:16 -0700 ===================================================================== Caller's Arguments: The agreement was that Michael would pay the cost of my votes against ASOMBNOP. However, dispite being able to Michael has never paid me the 4 -VTs that e should of. ====================================================================== Evidence attached by the Caller: Sadly I cannot access the archieves to get the mail that Michael sent. However, I do have a copy of my message to the PF casting the votes. >> Thema: Re: BUS: votes Datum: 19.08.99 An: agora-business@gecko.serc.rmit.edu.au > Further, I make the following offer: noting the general paucity of > -VTs, I will cover the costs of anyone choosing to vote AGAINST 3897. I hereby cast 2 Votes Against P3897. Peekee << This does not contain the date of Michael's Offer, but I'm sure the archieves will contain that message. The text "I will cover the costs of anyone choosing to vote AGAINST 3897" does clearly show that agreements where made between Michael and any Players that voted AGAINST P3897. Also, there is no doubt that I did vote AGAINST P3897. So an agreement was made between myself and Michael. Michael has broken that agreement by not covering my costs. Allthough e did not give a time limit, there are previous CJFs that would suggest that such actions that have no time limtis must be carried out in reasonable time. ====================================================================== Judge's Arguments: At this time, the agreement has been fulfilled, as Michael has paid the necessary VTs. ======================================================================
