This is a public legalistic contract called "The 127th Protection Agency".

Only Sgeo and Warrigal, and any person who agrees to this contract
when there are exactly two parties (hereafter referred to as Third
Party) CAN become members of this contract. Any party
to this contract CAN and MAY cease to be a party by announcement."

Warrigal CAN and MAY act on behalf of this contract to take legal
actions within Agora that will not cause this contract to be legally
obligated within Agora within 2 months. Warrigal CAN, but MAY NOT, act
on behalf of
this contract to perform illegal actions within Agora. Warrigal CAN,
but MAY NOT, act on behalf of this contract to perform legal actions
within Agora that will cause, or may cause within 2 months, this
contract to be legally obligated within Agora. Neither Sgeo nor Third
Party can act on
behalf of this contract without Warrigal's consent, except to fulfill
legal obligations within Agora.

All legal obligations incurred by this contract are devolved onto all
parties collectively.
