Clause 1/0

This is a binding agreement governed by the Rules of Agora.
Parties to this agreement are known as Partners.

Clause 2/0

The Partners shall jointly act as a partnership, in a manner
governed by this agreement. The ability of each Partner to act
as an individual is not thereby impaired. The partnership shall
be known as the Pineapple Partnership.

Clause 3/0

The Pineapple Partnership may incur obligations, rights, and
privileges under the Rules of Agora. The Partners may act on
behalf of the Pineapple Partnership to satisfy such obligations
and to exercise such rights and privileges, as permitted by
this agreement.

Clause 4/0

Any Partner may act on behalf of the Pineapple Partnership by
giving the other Partners notice of the intended action, then,
provided that each other Partner has either indicated assent or
not lodged an objection in 24 hours after the notice was given,
posting to the Public Forum announcing the action and clearly
indicating that it is performed by the Partnership. This is
the only mechanism by which the Pineapple Partnership can act.

Clause 5/0

The Partners shall ensure that the Pineapple Partnership obeys
the Rules of Agora to the maximum possible extent.

Clause 6/0

This agreement may be amended by the unanimous consent of
the Partners.

Clause 7/1

New Partners may be admitted to this agreement by the unanimous
consent of the current Partners. A Partner may leave the
agreement by giving notice of intent to all other Partners, then
giving a notice of resignation to all other Partners between 24
hours and 7 days later; e ceases to be a Partner upon giving
the notice of resignation. If the number of Partners falls
below two then this agreement shall terminate and the Pineapple
Partnership shall dissolve.
