This is a Public Legalistic contract. Members of this contract, other
than ais523, are called Cardsters. Anybody can join this contract. This
contract can be modified without objection or without member objection.

Each Cardster's Exclusion Time is equal to the length of time for which
that Cardster has been the newest Cardster to join this contract.

A Cardster is a Winning Cardster if:
- e is the first Cardster to join who has an Exclusion Time of at least
2 hours;
- e is the first Cardster to join who has an Exclusion Time of at least
2 days;
- e is the first Cardster to join who has an Exclusion Time of at least
2 weeks.

Each Winning Cardster can once act on behalf of ais523 to transfer a
card ais523 owns to emself.

If any Cardster has an Exclusion Time of at least 3 weeks (i.e. nobody
has joined for 3 weeks), ais523 can terminate this contract by
announcement.
