formally request the Servant to write one via a public forum. The Servant
must then post some text that can be used as an apology for the criminal
case in question to a public forum before the end of the time frame in
which the requester must post an apology so that the requester can use it.

Any player who has been assigned a CFJ which e does not wish to write a
judgement for may within two days of the assignment of the CFJ formally
request the Servant to write a judgement via a public forum. The Servant
must then post a judgement for the CFJ to a public forum before the end
of the time frame in which the requester must post a judgement so that
the requester can use it.
