any legal value by announcement, but SHALL NOT except as explicitly
described in the contest. Any player CAN add the x axis to this
contract by announcement.

If e has not done so, and there is a player who has not yet been
contestmaster of this contract, the contestmaster of this contract SHALL ASAP:
a) award 1 point to a party of this contract who has not yet been
contestmaster of this contract
b) flip the contestmaster of this contract to that party.
